Crew Resources Manager is responsible for analyzing and optimizing crew availability to ensure efficient and effective operations within Wizz Air UK. This role involves data analysis, forecasting, and collaboration with various departments to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensures efficient recruitment and onboarding procedures for entry crew to deliver the necessary crew resource on time at the base which is the optimal operationally and from crew satisfaction point of view. Manager delivers operational performance increase and supports crew work‑life balance.
4-6+ years of professional experience with 3+ years of experience in a multinational environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Fluent English (both written and spoken)
