Job summary

McDonald's UK is looking for energetic Crew Members to deliver friendly, fast and accurate service in a busy, high-energy restaurant. You may be preparing food, serving on the till or assisting in the dining area, always working to keep the restaurant clean and welcoming for every customer.

You will follow safety, security and food hygiene procedures and be part of a supportive team. You will need good communication, attentive listening and teamwork to connect with customers and colleagues,

Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive team member.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
