Job summary

McDonald's United Kingdom is hiring Crew Members to join our fast-paced teams. In this role you will deliver friendly, fast and accurate service to customers, assist with food preparation, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming.

You’ll work as part of a supportive team, communicate clearly, and learn through on-the-job training. No previous experience required; a positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you'll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
