Job summary

McDonald's UK is looking for a Crew Member to help deliver a brilliant customer experience in our fast-moving restaurants. You’ll be part of a friendly, energetic team focused on quality, speed and guest satisfaction.

You’ll handle food preparation, serve on the till or assist in dining areas, follow training and safety procedures, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and courtesy so every customer feels valued and cared for.

Qualifications

• Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must.
• The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.

Responsibilities

• As a Crew Member you’ll prepare food, serve on the till or be out in the dining areas looking after our customers' needs.
• Deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
• Provide friendly, fast and accurate service and complete tasks in line with training and company guidelines.
• Follow workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures and treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect.
• Work as part of a supportive team and maintain energy and efficiency throughout shifts.
