Job summary

Wendy's Drake Circus in Plymouth is hiring entry-level crew members to join our fast-paced restaurant team. You will engage with guests, keep the dining area clean, and help ensure orders are prepared accurately and quickly.

We value friendly, proactive people who can work well with a team, communicate clearly, and follow brand standards. Training will be provided, and hours are flexible to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Solid social skills and a friendly attitude.
• You act like your Nan is behind you (presentable and helpful).
• You fill the restaurant with energy and pace.
• You pitch in to help your crew and customers.
• You take and receive direction like a pro.
• You want to learn something new and be part of something good.
• If something isn't right, you make it right.

Responsibilities

• Stand and move for most of your shift.
• Lift up to 5–25 kg occasionally.
• Handle weather-related moments at the drive-thru and around the restaurant.
• Wear a headset, use restaurant equipment, and follow brand standards.

You must be willing and able to:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift.
• Lift up to 5kg - 25kg. now and then.
• Handle weather-related moments like rain at the drive-thru, litter picking, taking rubbish out in the summer, etc.
• Wear a headset, use other restaurant equipment such as a order taking system or grill, and follow brand standards and guidelines.
