A community-centered fire service is forming a talent pool for Crew Commanders to ensure effective emergency response. Surrey Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) is building a talent pool of Crew Commanders for future inter-service opportunities. This is therefore an invitation to apply to join a talent pool of potential candidates for upcoming roles.

Salaries are aligned with NJC Pay Scales and include a Surrey Allowance.
Successful candidates from the talent pool may be invited to attend a five-week course at our Wray Park Training Centre in Reigate. The course may be extended to meet service needs.
