Job summary

A leading human resource consultancy in Blackheath is seeking a candidate to manage creditor functions, procurement tasks, and various admin responsibilities. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel, and a relevant certificate or diploma is advantageous. Job Description
Creditors Function
  • Receiving invoices
  • Collating invoices with purchase orders
  • Capturing invoices on system
  • Resolving queries
  • Prepare remittance advice for payment
  • Month end
Procurement Function
  • Requesting Quotes and Raising orders on system
  • Email orders, follow up on delivery
  • GRN captured on system
  • Reporting on outstanding orders
  • Online purchases
Invoicing
  • Monthly rental & utility invoices
  • Cross charge invoices
Payments
  • Adding payments to payment schedule
  • Loading of payments
  • Releasing cashbook payments on the system
Various Admin Functions
  • Ad hoc Admin: The daily responsibilities will not be limited to the above
Qualifications
  • Relevant certificate or diploma is an advantage
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant creditors/procurement experience
  • Word, Outlook and Excel skills - Syspro experience (Advantageous).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
