Job summary

What you’ll be doing

The Credit Risk Modeller is responsible for :

  • Providing support for the development, validation, implementation and monitoring of Credit Risk Models, in line with regulations and Model Governance standards.
  • Performing detailed and well documented analyses to support the development of the models. Validating modelling and analytical results, ensuring accuracy and sensitivity of findings
  • Specifying, implementing and maintaining databases in support of the model development and monitoring. Monitoring and investigating data integrity issues for all the data elements used within the modelling and live production of the model outputs
  • Creating and producing the regular monitoring of the stability, integrity and effectiveness of the models, highlighting adverse changes and proposing remedial action plans
  • Devising logical, efficient and well documented programs.
About You

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Degree level qualification in Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
  • Understanding of database manipulation techniques and software, preferably experience using R, SPSS, SAS or SQL.
  • Curiosity and passion for data and problem solving
  • Strong interpersonal skills, presentation and report writing skills
  • Preferable to have understanding of credit risk management and / or credit scoring

Working hours

37.5 hours with 1 hour for lunch, hybrid office / WFH.

Hybrid pattern for the team is minimum 2 days in Homer Road office with additional office days as required based on business needs.

Flexible working requests / part time and job shares will be considered.
