Overview

Our client is an established global manufacturing group with a strong international presence across EMEA. Known for their quality, innovation and long-standing partnerships, they continue to deliver strong growth and stability across their markets.

Responsibilities

This is a key role within the Group Finance function, responsible for leading and developing the credit control team and overseeing all aspects of credit risk management across a diverse, multi-currency EMEA customer base. You’ll ensure the effective management of debtor balances, set and monitor credit limits, and work closely with commercial and operational teams to drive cashflow performance and minimise risk.

Qualifications

You’ll be an experienced Credit Manager, ideally CICM qualified, with a track record of managing credit in a large, multi-entity environment. A background in manufacturing or distribution would be an advantage, alongside proven experience working with multi-currency ledgers across EMEA. You’ll be a confident communicator, commercially minded, and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders to ensure sound credit decisions support the wider business strategy.
