Carpenters Limited is seeking an experienced solicitor to join our team and manage a full caseload of high-value, complex credit hire cases. You will provide expert legal advice and maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the lifecycle of each matter.

In this role you will negotiate settlements, work with multiple stakeholders, and use our case management system to ensure timely updates and accurate case progression. A strong focus on quality service and integrity is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing a full caseload of litigated RTA recovery or ULR claims is essential.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills are required.
• Demonstrable background in customer or stakeholder-focused environments with a focus on quality service.

Job Purpose

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experiencedSolicitorto join the team and managea full caseload of high-value,complex credit hire cases.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of high-value litigated recovery files using the firm's case management system
• Ensure accurate and timely updates on the case management system
• Progress cases efficiently using appropriate communication methods
• Provide professional, timely legal advice to clients with regular communication and expectation management
• Take a commercial and practical approach to settlement negotiations and risk advice
• Support team performance against recovery and lifecycle targets without compromising integrity
• Liaise with sources, experts, third-party insurers, and other stakeholders
• Perform effectively in a target-driven environment

Experience & Knowledge

• Experience managing a full caseload of litigated RTA recovery or ULR claims is essential
• Working knowledge of liability issues, including the Road Traffic Act and Article 75
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Demonstrable background in customer or stakeholder-focused environments - with a strong focus on delivering quality service to clients and the wider firm.
• Competence using case management systems and MS Office
• High attention to detail, organisation, and commitment to quality service
