Description

Are you experienced in handling credit hire and passionate about delivering an outstanding service? If so, my client is looking to recruit an experienced and proactive Credit Hire File Handler to join their team.

Our client is at the forefront of the latest legal challenges facing credit hire, including those relating to the enforceability of credit hire agreements, and basic hire rates evidence. They have acted for claimants in a number of important credit hire appeals, including in the Court of Appeal.

The role offers the successful applicant an excellent opportunity to investigate Complex credit hire claims from a tactical and strategic point.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an incredible team and gain more experience in investigating credit hire claims with a view to significantly reducing the overall spend for our Insurer clients.
