Overview

Qualifications
  • Previous credit hire experience is essential
  • Comfortable managing a full caseload of RTA claims at varying stages to conclusion
  • Excellent knowledge of PI process, case law, MOJ protocol, pre-action protocol, and CPR
  • Experience handling infant approvals
  • Familiar with Proclaim
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
  • Target-driven but committed to exceptional client care
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of litigated fast-track and multi-track credit hire cases
  • Deal with a mixture of liability admitted and disputed cases
  • Ensure compliance with court directions, orders, and internal procedures
  • Maintain accurate case management and diary records
  • Negotiate settlements and achieve the best outcomes for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with credit hire companies
  • Provide timely updates and ensure cases are run efficiently
