Job summary

Corona Energy is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to manage a diverse portfolio of corporate, government, and managing agent customers. You will drive collections, build relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data and timely payments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Credit Control or Collections role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Confident using multiple systems and learning new platforms quickly.
• Excellent numeracy and attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Credit Controller to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of corporate, government, and managing agent customers, building strong relationships while driving collections performance and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Working Pattern

In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 1700, Monday to Friday.
