Job Description

  • Manage the collection of outstanding payments from clients in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payment histories.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure prompt follow-up on overdue invoices.
  • Communicate with clients to negotiate payment plans where necessary.
  • Prepare regular reports for the accounting & finance department on debt status.
  • Work closely with internal teams to address account-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding credit control.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks within the department as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Controller should have:
