Responsibilities

• Liaise with local authorities and clients for invoicing and queries.
• Monitor allocated accounts and provide feedback in meetings.
• Handle private client payments via card.
• Run direct debit processes through Go Cardless.
• Complete credit checks and set up new accounts.
