Job description

Credit Controller (Part Time)

We are seeking a Credit Control / Export Administration professional for a dual role covering both UK and International accounts.

Salary: 15,000 per annum

Hours: 9:00am - 1:00pm, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week). Plus one full day per month for month-end close

Holiday: 20 days paid per annum + public holidays (pro rata)

Key Responsibilities
  • Recording and allocating receipts, maintaining cash book, and reconciling customer and bank accounts.
  • Contacting customers (telephone, fax, letter, email) for outstanding payments.
  • Preparing monthly statements and reports.
  • Arranging new accounts and checking references.
  • Collaborating with internal sales on Proforma's CBD.
  • Reviewing customer credit limits.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Credit Control is essential.
  • Experience handling multiple currencies.
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Experience dealing with customers across the globe.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and email communication.
