A leading legal intelligence firm in London is seeking a fluent Mandarin speaker to join their Credit Control team. The candidate will manage customer accounts, enhance relationships, and ensure timely resolutions of queries. Excellent communication skills and experience in a customer-focused role are essential. Chambers and Partners is looking for a fluent Mandarin speaker with excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to join our Credit Control team.
In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, handle queries, post cash, and support the collection of overdue payments, working closely with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure a positive client experience.
Please note that this role will be based in our London office.
