Qualifications

• Previous credit control experience is essential, preferably in the legal sector.
• IT literate with strong keyboard skills; Excel and Word are essential.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Chase overdue debt using a range of methods in line with the firm's procedures and follow up on promises to pay.
• Maintain accurate records of client data and all collections activity; assist in producing, distributing and logging client statements and chase letters.
• Liaise with legal teams to resolve client queries and manage team communications professionally.
