Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Sales Ledger accurately.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and perform follow-ups.
• Respond to customer invoice queries in a timely manner.
• Ensure credit notes are raised when necessary.
• Assist with Direct Debit payment system development.
