The Opportunity

As a credit controller you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and with support from your colleagues help to reduce aged debt across the Business Pay customer base employing various systems to carry out your duties.

Day to Day responsibilities
  • Chasing payment for all accounts in your portfolios
  • Answering inbound calls from customer services
  • Processing and allocating card payments
  • Dispute management
  • Complaint handing
  • Submitting proof of debts to liquidators administrators trustees and Insolvency Practitioners
  • Referring accounts for debt collection
  • Monitoring worklists on debt collectors websites
  • Submitting court claims (Money Claims On Line)
  • Allocation of debt agency payments
  • Adhoc duties as required
