Job summary

Saica Group is seeking a Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC) contact in Manchester. The role focuses on debt collection, cash allocation across currencies, and resolving customer disputes to ensure timely cash flow.

You will work within a team to meet group targets, using SAP and Excel to manage reporting and workflows in a fast-paced finance environment.

Qualifications

• Good Excel skills required.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Chase payment for aged debt from a portfolio of customers using various communication methods.
• Allocate and reconcile cash to multi-currency debtor accounts.
• Ensure customer disputes are promptly entered on workflow system and communicated to regional contacts.
• Liaise with internal contacts to resolve customer disputes/account issues.
• Effectively manage workflow strategies to review and monitor aged debt to maximise cash collection.
• Produce and distribute reporting packs with specified deadlines.
• Work as part of a team to achieve group targets and objectives.

Job Description

As an FSSC contact you will build in depth knowledge and relationships with both external and internal customers. The successful applicant will be a confident, pro-active, hardworking individual with the ability to collaborate confidentially at all levels.
