Credit Controller - Ready to join a pioneering leader in global logistics and supply chain solutions with over 180 years of expertise. We have an exciting opportunity to join our finance team as a Credit Controller on a permanent basis in our office in Ipswich, Suffolk.

As a Credit Controller, you will play a critical role in maintaining our financial health. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely collection of outstanding invoices, maintaining positive cash flow, and minimising bad debt losses. You will engage directly with customers to resolve billing discrepancies while enforcing credit control procedures. Your analytical skills will be essential in assessing creditworthiness and negotiating payment plans, all while developing positive relationships. Working hours for this role are 35 per week, Monday to Friday.
As our new Credit Controller, you will be a proactive and resilient finance professional with a passion for credit control and accounts receivable. With previous experience in a similar role, you possess a strong understanding of credit management principles and debt collection practices. Your attention to detail, coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills, enables you to effectively manage relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated to contribute positively to your team and the organisation as a whole.
