About the Job:

This is a standalone Credit Control position, responsible for managing a ledger of approximately 500 accounts. Working as part of a small finance team, the role involves end‑to‑end credit control, from setting up accounts to chasing debt and resolving queries.

Duties will include:

• Managing the full credit control cycle
• Chasing outstanding payments by phone and email with confidence and professionalism
• Setting up new customer accounts and assigning appropriate credit limits
• Handling multicurrency transactions, including GBP, USD, and EUR
• Performing bank reconciliations and supporting invoice discounting processes
• Investigating and resolving any billing or payment‑related queries
• Working with SAGE software to maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records
