Description

The Credit Controller's duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of all financial transactions and client accounts.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve payment queries and discrepancies professionally.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • General administration duties.
Profile

A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • Prior experience working in finance.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
