Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a busy finance team on a 2 month temporary assignment. The role is office-based in Cambridgeshire and focuses on managing regional ledgers to optimise cash flow and reduce bad debt.

You will lead day-to-day credit control activities, aim to meet monthly collection targets, allocate payments, resolve unallocated cash and answer debt queries.

Responsibilities

• Managing the regional ledger to maximise cash flow and minimise bad debt.
• Leading day-to-day credit control activity and ensuring monthly collection targets are met.
• Allocating incoming payments, resolving unallocated cash, and handling related disputes.
• Reviewing key accounts with internal stakeholders and updating on debt queries.
• Responding to invoicing and account-based queries, including reconciliations.

This role is fully office based and suited to someone confident managing high-volume regional ledgers and driving strong cash collection. Within this role you will report into the Finance Manager.
