Qualifications

  • Previous experience in credit control is desirable however not essential as full training will be given.
  • Ability to work both a team and as an individual.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Contacting business customers to arrange payment of invoices.
  • Responsible for escalated issues from business customers.
  • Answer any business/customer queries regarding disputes with invoices.
  • Monitor and review customer debt - Collection through phone and e-mail.
  • Ability to overcome stalls and objections to come to agreement for debt collection.
  • Display a friendly, confident manner and build rapport with business customers.
  • Using initiative to create original solutions to problems.

Salary: £12.89 Per Hour / £26,811.00 Per Annum

Shifts: Monday-Friday
Full time, Permanent - 40 hours per week
Location: Glasgow

The Role - Retail/Customer Collections Advisor
