Credit Control Manager Salary: £60,000 Location: Birmingham

  • Assess client creditworthiness and set appropriate credit limits based on risk analysis.
  • Monitor aged debt and bad debt provision, resolving overdue accounts while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Oversee cash collection forecasting and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Produce and analyse key performance indicators to track and improve collection performance.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex credit issues and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Liaise with external recovery partners when necessary to support effective debt resolution.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on collection performance, risks, and recovery progress.
  • Contribute to finance-wide improvement initiatives, including system and process enhancements.
What you’ll bring

  • Strong working knowledge of credit control systems (e.g., SAP or similar).
