Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Allocate incoming payments for our portfolio to customer accounts accurately.
  • Manage a busy shared inbox, ensuring all incoming emails are reviewed.
  • Prepare and process manual invoices for non‑usage transactions.
  • Manage customer ceased credit processes, including identifying customers with credit balances.
  • Ensure missing invoices are sent to customers on request.
  • Manage customer remittances.
  • Ad‑hoc reporting.

Description

The Opportunity

Kenton Black Finance are currently recruiting for a full‑time and permanent Credit Control Administrator on behalf of a business that is based in the Bury area. The company has a turnover of circa £280 million and has been operating for over 20 years. You will earn a 10% annual bonus (very achievable) and receive 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. Excellent communication skills and teamwork are required, and full training will be given. This role is office‑based.

Your New Role as the Credit Control Admin
  • Allocate incoming payments for our portfolio to customer accounts accurately.
  • Manage a busy shared inbox, ensuring all incoming emails are reviewed, prioritised, and responded to promptly.
  • Prepare and process manual invoices for non‑usage transactions (third party recharges, credits, etc).
  • Manage customer ceased credit processes, including identifying customers with credit balances, generating correspondence, and initiating refunds where applicable.
  • Ensure missing invoices are sent to customers on request in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer remittances.
  • Ad‑hoc reporting.
