Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure timely payments and minimise overdue debt
  • Build strong relationships with clients to resolve queries and negotiate payment plans
  • Liaise with internal departments to support accurate billing and account management
  • Prepare reports and assist with month‑end processes
  • Identify and contribute to process improvements as the business continues to grow
Skills and Experience
  • Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable
  • Strong communication skills
