Join a Leading Asset Management Firm. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and expanding organisation as part of their Credit Control team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding balances.

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a Credit Control role (minimum 1 year essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly over the phone
  • Ability to analyse financial information and resolve account queries
  • Experience using accounting software (experience in Accounts Payable advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and chase outstanding debts, ensuring timely payment
  • Liaise with clients to resolve account queries and negotiate payment plans
  • Maintain and update financial records accurately
  • Prepare and issue client reports as required
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in account balances
  • Support wider finance team with ad-hoc duties when required
