A luxury beach club in Greece is seeking a caring Crèche Supervisor for Summer 2026. In this hands-on role, you will lead the crèche operations, working directly with children aged 4 months to 3 years, and manage a small team. The ideal candidate is warm, confident, and has a Level 3 CACHE Diploma in Childcare. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape children's experiences while enjoying a beautiful island summer setting.
The Peligoni Club is a family‑run members club on the beautiful island of Zakynthos, Greece. Our crèches provide a safe, happy, and nurturing environment for our youngest guests – from babies as young as 4 months to curious toddlers and preschoolers up to 3 years. With soft‑play spaces, outdoor grassy areas and age‑appropriate activities, the crèche is a calm and caring haven where children can play, explore and feel secure.

We’re looking for caring, confident and experienced Crèche Supervisors to take a daily leadership role within our childcare department. Reporting to the Childcare Manager, you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the crèche, work directly with children, support the wider team and ensure high standards of care, safety and communication every single day.
This is a hands‑on Early Years role where you will lead by example – working in ratio where required, guiding staff, welcoming families, and keeping the crèche running smoothly. When two crèches operate simultaneously, you’ll oversee one of them independently, making key decisions and managing activities, routines and staff deployment.
It’s the ideal role for an Early Years professional who loves being on the floor with children while confidently managing a small team in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.
