David Lloyd Clubs in Rugby is seeking a Crèche Assistant to provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and thrive. You will support early years activities, encourage engagement, and help create a warm, inclusive club culture for families.

Ideal candidates hold relevant level 2 or 3 childcare qualifications and have prior experience in a similar setting. This role offers opportunities for growth within a premium health and wellness group and employee perks.

Qualifications

• You must have relevant early years childcare qualifications at either level 2 or 3.
• Previous experience in a similar environment.
• Show a genuine passion with engaging individuals and children.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and secure setting where children can explore their potential.
• Support children’s activities and supervise play.
• Promote an inclusive culture and a sense of belonging within the club environment.
