A leading audio streaming service is seeking a Creator Growth Lead for Podcasts & Video. This role involves setting strategies that drive meaningful growth across creator channels, collaborating with teams in product and marketing, and experimenting with campaigns. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or product management, along with strong analytical skills and experience in product-led growth. The position offers flexibility to work from home with some in-person meetings required.
We’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial growth leader to help build the next chapter for Spotify’s podcast growth.
As Creator Growth Lead – Podcasts & Video, you’ll set the vision and growth operating model for creator and catalog growth — combining strategy, experimentation, and cross-functional influence to ensure meaningful long-term growth. You’ll look full-funnel and partner closely with teams across Product, Marketing & CRM, Editorial, and Insights & Analytics to accelerate supply-side creator growth. This role reports into the Global Director of Creator Marketing.
The United States base range for this position is $120,185- $171,693, plus equity (plus bonus or commission. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays.
