Job summary

Ko-fi is seeking a Community Lead in the UK to drive how we support creators through social content, video, and community initiatives. You’ll champion creators, represent the voice of the community internally, and be the face of Ko-fi to creators worldwide.

We work mostly remotely with weekly Cambridge meetups; travel and accommodation are covered. The role requires 3+ years in social strategy or community work, strong writing, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in social strategy or community projects at a tech or product-led company.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to interpret results.
• Independent, proactive and capable of collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ko-fi's social strategy, with video at the heart.
• Identify and lead new community projects to grow audiences and earnings.
• Write in Ko-fi's voice across formats, from captions to feature announcements.
• Monitor creator trends to inform future work and priorities.
• Set goals, track results, and iterate based on data.
