Job summary

Academics is recruiting a Year 3 Teacher for a welcoming primary school in Gloucester for a September 2026 start. You will deliver engaging lessons across KS2, support pupil progress, and contribute to a nurturing learning environment.

The ideal candidate holds QTS, brings experience with differentiated teaching and SEND, and demonstrates strong communication and teamwork. This is a full-time, permanent role with MPS/UPS depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Experience delivering differentiated lessons, including support for pupils with SEND
• High expectations for behaviour, achievement, and pupil progress
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reflective and adaptable approach to teaching
