Job summary

The Fix Creative Ltd in Guildford is seeking a talented Packaging Designer to join the Global Toy Packaging Team. You will drive projects from concept through production with autonomy, tailoring designs for toys and youth markets.

We value a strong portfolio, excellent packaging knowledge, and the ability to work with global teams. Hybrid working is offered with 3 days in office and 2 from home, based in Guildford, Surrey.

Qualifications

• Strong packaging experience with a portfolio demonstrating work from concept to production.
• Ability to develop concepts from initial brief to finished packaging.
• Excellent graphic design skills and understanding of print production.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging design projects from brainstorming to artwork, pack structure, mock-ups and final production.
• Collaborate with global product and marketing teams, suppliers, and production to stay on brief, budget and schedule.
• Brief illustration/photography when needed and support other team members with creative guidance.
