What you’ll do

• Collaborate with clients to uncover complex production challenges and design innovative solutions.
• Prototype, test, and implement new technologies, tools, and workflows that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and creative output.
• Lead R&D initiatives, exploring AI, automation, real‑time production, VFX, and emerging media.
• Work alongside creative, production, and engineering teams to bring scalable solutions to life.
• Guide clients and teams through pilots, deployment, and implementation of new solutions.
• Share insights and learnings across the technology organization to help shape the future of innovation.
• Translate creative concepts into working prototypes, bridging vision and execution.

• Proven experience in creative technology, technical production, R&D, or VFX‑focused roles.
• Strong mix of technical and creative skills: comfortable coding and prototyping with production tools.
• Deep understanding of production workflows, software, and emerging technologies.
