Job summary

Amazon’s India (Gurugram) Creative Hub is seeking a Creative Manager to lead end-to-end creative production for multiple brands, guiding a team of Art Directors, Videographers, and editors. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of video, LED, photography, and motion content while upholding brand standards.

You will drive creative excellence, implement AI-enabled workflows, manage cross-functional partnerships, and optimize processes in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• 5+ years of digital content management, communications, or content strategy experience.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling and technical workflows.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience with large-scale, global creative campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end creative production for multiple brands and campaigns from concept through delivery.
• Define creative needs and provide expertise to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Directly manage a team of Art Directors, Videographers, and creatives; partner with Producers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive timely decisions, unblock blockers, and accelerate campaign progress.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across concurrent productions.
• Provide creative recommendations and insights to inform production decisions and performance.
