Job description
Two Circles

We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand and influence what their fans are doing - how they spend their money, the events they attend, the channels they respond to, the content they watch and more. This understanding helps us grow their audiences and revenues, both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business. Our platforms and services are trusted by over 1,000 global clients, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We have more than 1,000 people in 15 offices and deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes worldwide.

Our content team connects brands with audiences through compelling storytelling, predominantly via social media, and advises our clients on content performance. We manage an expansive community of over 600 million followers across some of the biggest sports organisations in the world. Our award‑winning in‑house team spans strategy, insights, studio and production.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart, dynamic and ambitious person interested in working for sport's most exciting agency at our London office.

About The Role

Based within our content strategy team, a cross‑business function of strategists and creatives, you’ll be a key part of delivering best‑in‑class creative work that excites and grows existing and new fandoms.

You’ll bring both strategic and creative excellence – confidently shaping ideas, crafting clear and effective written materials, and guiding production from concept to delivery. You’ll deliver impactful content at every scale, from reactive social moments to high‑production output for rightsholders and partners.

Requirements
  • Passionate about content and social media: You understand how platforms build brands and communities and how they achieve broader business goals.
  • A creative and conceptual thinker: You combine data and insight with creativity, always considering how to deliver for the audience and how to create best‑in‑class social and creative content.
  • A confident communicator: You can brief creatives, write with clarity and purpose, and pitch ideas persuasively to clients and colleagues.
What you will bring
  • 3‑4 years of experience developing and delivering creative.
  • Experience in briefing and collaborating closely with creative and production teams.
  • Confidence in presenting and engaging stakeholders, with a history of impressing and influencing clients.
  • Experience producing branded partner content that feels authentic, aligns with brand values, and delivers genuine audience engagement, enhancing both the brand and the partnership.
  • Deep knowledge of social platforms and emerging trends, and an instinct for what makes content resonate with target audiences.
  • A proactive, self‑starting attitude – comfortable leading projects, solving challenges, and adapting fast.
  • A passion for culture and sport, with a strong understanding of how both shape audience behaviour and brand storytelling.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop and deliver content strands, from feed‑breaking posts to large‑scale campaigns.
  • Write, brief, and guide the production of content, ensuring creative ideas translate seamlessly from concept to execution.
  • Lead brainstorms and working sessions to generate innovative ideas that push creative boundaries while meeting client objectives.
  • Act as creative quality control, ensuring all deliverables are visually and strategically on point.
  • Work hands‑on through production – whether writing scripts, overseeing shoots, or refining creative edits with constructive, precise and timely feedback.
Benefits
  • Renowned Team Days often throughout the year.
  • Summer Away Days.
  • 23 standard days of holiday (+ 1 Birthday, +2 for a ‘Big Life Event’ and +1 Admin Day), closure of office over Christmas (plus Bank Holidays).
  • Discretionary Bonus based on company performance.
  • Performance Reviews every 6 months with discretionary salary increases.
  • Private healthcare (Vitality) and/or Health Care Plan (Medicash).
  • Mobile phone contribution.
  • Sport Challenge contribution.
  • Gym membership contribution.
  • 2× annual kit drops.
