About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist (or copywriter) to join our affiliate marketing agency — the kind of person who can turn a spark of an idea into a scroll-stopping ad that drives real results. You’ll be working across fast-moving verticals like insurance, solar, home improvement, nutra, and finance, helping shape the next wave of winning creatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop ad concepts, angles, and scripts that convert.
  • Source b-roll and visuals, and turn scripts into finished ads using tools like ElevenLabs, Sora, Veo3, and AI image generation.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder to review creative performance — understanding how your ads impact lead quality and cost per lead (CPL).
  • Work with our video editor while also being hands‑on with CapCut to build and test variations quickly.
What We’re Looking For
  • Prior experience as a copywriter or in creative strategy (preferred).
  • Strong sense for storytelling, pacing, and what makes an ad “click.”
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools (a plus, not required — training provided).
  • Experience editing with CapCut or willingness to learn.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to produce ads that perform.
Compensation
