A leading performance creative agency is seeking a Middleweight Creative Strategist to lead performance creative for D2C brands. In this hybrid role, you will develop and execute strategies across Meta and TikTok, turning insights into impactful ads. The ideal candidate has over three years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior. Compensation: £40,000 - £48,000

Were looking for a Middleweight Creative Strategist to sit at the intersection of creativity and performance. Youll own creative strategy for several fast-growing D2C brands - turning insight into concepts, scripts and testing frameworks that deliver results.
Youll work closely with our design, production, account management and media buying teams to shape creative direction, analyse performance data, and continually improve campaign output across Meta and TikTok.
