A dynamic car finance company based in Greater London is seeking a Creative Strategist to drive their performance marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in performance creative, a strong understanding of social media engagement, and the ability to develop effective messaging. This hybrid role offers a competitive salary range of £60k–80k and the opportunity to shape impactful marketing strategies in a fast-paced environment.

To take things to the next level we’re looking for a bold, structured, and insight-led Creative Strategist to help expand and scale one of our most strategically important growth engines. Our ideal candidate has experience of delivering amazing results in a direct to consumer business.
You’ll be the creative brain behind our performance ads, developing the stories, messages, and ideas that make people stop scrolling and say “I need this.”
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes creative — who loves finding the angle, the hook, the phrasing that resonates deeply with your audience. You’ll turn insights into concepts, and concepts into ads that genuinely perform.
You’ll collaborate closely with designers, editors, creators and analysts to bring structure to our testing process and push boundaries with bold, high-performing creative. This role is about making creative work harder and smarter — using data, insight and intuition to scale what drives action.
