Job summary

Teletech in Manchester is seeking a passionate Marketing Assistant to support the Head of Marketing across social media, events, clothing campaigns and our music projects. This office-based, part-time role offers hands-on experience in a fast-moving creative environment.

You will help manage Instagram and TikTok, create content, shoot and edit short-form video, attend events and collaborate with photographers, artists and partners. A cover letter is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years' experience in marketing, social media, content creation or a related creative role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience creating social media content and short-form video.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• A good understanding of current social media and cultural trends.
• Genuine interest in music, events, fashion and/or entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content: Manage Instagram and TikTok, create engaging content and edit video content.
• Events & Campaigns: Support marketing and promotion of nightclub events, festivals and branded events.
• Music & Record Label: Support marketing campaigns around music releases and artists.
• Clothing & E-commerce: Support social media campaigns for clothing and product launches, assist Shopify activity.
• Marketing & Reporting: Plan, schedule and coordinate campaigns; monitor performance and produce insights.
