Job summary

NBCUniversal in London offers a 12-month Creative Services Intern role within the Creative Services team of the Universal International Pictures Operations department. You will support day-to-day operations, asset management, localisation tasks and admin across multiple stakeholders and territories.

This operations-focused role provides insight into global film marketing campaigns and collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and local teams, with on-site work four days per week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the maintenance of PUMA, NBCUniversal's asset management system.
• Supporting the team in raising purchase orders, recording costs and handling billing queries.
• Assisting with central localisation of assets; transcribing trailers, distributing audio dubbing materials, collating subtitle translations and meeting finishing deadlines.
• Assisting with ad hoc projects such as research, creating presentations and organising events.
• Providing general administrative support to the VP and maintaining distribution lists; responding to local market queries.

Programme Eligibility

To join one of our 12-month Internships you must meet one of the following criteria:

• You’re currently an undergraduate studying at University and returning to full time education in Autumn 2028
• You’re looking to gain work experience after completing your A-Levels, an equivalent course or an Apprenticeship

Additionally, you must also:

• Be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from Monday 5th July 2027 – Friday 21st July 2028
• Be able to work in NBCUniversal's Central London office on-site four days per week

What will I be doing?

The Creative Services team is an integral part of the Universal International Pictures Operations department. Working in partnership with Creative, Marketing, Media and local market teams, we are responsible for the production, localisation, management and delivery of marketing assets across UPI’s film slate.

As a Creative Services Intern, you will support the team's day-to-day operational and administrative functions, helping to ensure projects, assets and workflows run smoothly across multiple stakeholders and territories. This is an operations focused role that provides valuable insight into the delivery of global film marketing campaigns by:

• Assisting in the maintenance of PUMA, our in-house asset management system
• Supporting the team in raising purchase orders, recording costs and dealing with billing queries
• Assisting with central localisation of assets; transcribing trailers, distributing audio dubbing materials, collating subtitle translations and compiling finishing deadlines.
• Assisting with adhoc projects such as research, creating presentations and organising events.
• You will also provide general administrative support to our VP as well as maintaining our distribution lists and responding to quires from local markets.

What will I learn from this opportunity?

This role gives an in depth overview of Global film marketing, and a solid understanding of the wider business. You will be working with a wide variety of other teams across the LA, London and local territory offices including Marketing, Finance, Media and Creative. Working with our localising and production agencies is a great introduction to both print, digital and AV production.

Taking ownership of the relationship between Accounts Payable (AP) and our external vendors, you will gain confidence and improved understanding of financial record keeping and the AP process. You will learn how to work effectively as a team and how to build business relationships and influencing skills
