Job Title: Creative Services Assistant
A little bit about our team:

Creative Services is a global department that amplifies our songwriters, catalogs and songs - connecting them to culture and the next generation of fans. The CS team supports our songwriters by increasing awareness, driving engagement, building legacy, and marketing our songs to new audiences through content creation, strategic projects, IP development and storytelling initiatives. We work across traditional, digital and emerging media platforms. We also dive deep into our legendary catalog to find new opportunities for our songs through covers, sampling, interpolations, and more.

Your role:

The Creative Services Assistant is a supporting member of Creative Services (CS), reporting directly to the Senior Director, Creative Services and working closely with the rest of the UK and global team to help assist and deliver day-to-day tasks. We are seeking an organised individual to provide administrative and creative support including team coordination and content scheduling. This role is focused on supporting project delivery.

Here you’ll get to:
  • Support Senior Director, Creative Services and UK Creative Services team, with everyday admin and coordination, including organising and preparing for meetings, communicating key new releases, compiling meeting notes, scheduling social media posts and updating team documents.
  • Assist with scheduling content for owned and external digital channels.
  • Assist with internal communication and collaborating with our internal and external teams.
  • Updating campaign planning and wrap up documents and sending drafts for approval.
  • Create one-sheets and catalog profiles and other marketing materials for our catalogs and songwriters.
  • Update WCM website with new playlists for our writers.
  • Do research, write and present ideas for meetings and possible project development.
  • Assist with meeting logistics and capture meeting notes.
  • Learn, build and work within our systems and databases; Monday.com, Salesforce, Mailchimp, and our proprietary system, Sharp, Tango, etc.
  • Assist with keeping campaign templates and assets organized and up to date.
  • Assist with organisation across any events and collaborating with relevant teams.
About you:

To perform this job successfully, you are able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. For this position, we expect you to be organised, proactive and willing to learn and collaborate.

  • Ability to take initiative and convert brainstorming sessions into straightforward, timely action items.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to produce quality work, operate with flexibility in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities and be accountable.
  • A strong desire to pitch in to help team members and a committed approach to collaboration.
  • Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides formatting and design.
  • Knowledge of TikTok edit suite, Instagram Reel tools.
We’d love it if you also had:
  • Experience in an administrative or coordinator role within media, marketing or creative industries.
  • Understanding of the Music Industry.
  • Fluency with or the willingness to learn the basics of Music Publishing.
  • Ability to create social media content.
