A leading music company in the City of Westminster is looking for a Creative Services Assistant to support the Senior Director of Creative Services and the UK team. You'll handle administrative duties, assist in content scheduling for digital channels, and collaborate on various projects. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential. Preferred candidates will have experience in media or a creative role and a basic understanding of the music industry.
Creative Services is a global department that amplifies our songwriters, catalogs and songs - connecting them to culture and the next generation of fans. The CS team supports our songwriters by increasing awareness, driving engagement, building legacy, and marketing our songs to new audiences through content creation, strategic projects, IP development and storytelling initiatives. We work across traditional, digital and emerging media platforms. We also dive deep into our legendary catalog to find new opportunities for our songs through covers, sampling, interpolations, and more.
The Creative Services Assistant is a supporting member of of Creative Services (CS), reporting directly to the Senior Director, Creative Services and working closely with the rest of the UK and global team to help assist and deliver day-to-day tasks. We are seeking an organised individual to provide administrative and creative support including team coordination and content scheduling. This role is focused on supporting project delivery.
To perform this job successfully, you are able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. For this position, we expect you to be organised, proactive and willing to learn and collaborate. Ability to take initiative and convert brainstorming sessions into straightforward, timely action items. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to produce quality work, operate with flexibility in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and be accountable. A strong desire to pitch in to help team members and a committed approach to collaboration. Strong computer skills including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Proficient in: PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides formatting and design. Knowledge of TikTok edit suite, Instagram Reel tools.
