Job description

CREATIVE PRODUCTION MANAGER - FULL TIME - WASHINGTON, TYNE & WEAR / LONDON
Who We Are:

Inspired by a shared love of fashion, sneakers and the surrounding culture, END. was founded in Newcastle upon Tyne back in 2005. Our first UK store brought together a curated mix of celebrated designers and emerging brands, many of which were previously hard to find outside of London. From day one, we’ve nurtured a community of like-minded individuals united by a love for this ever-evolving culture.

Today, END. serves over 2 million customers worldwide through a seamless blend of online and physical retail. Our industry-leading stores in Newcastle, Glasgow, Manchester, London, and Milan reflect our commitment to innovation, influence, and inspiration. We offer a carefully curated selection of menswear, womenswear, sneakers, homeware, and lifestyle products to a global audience.

At the heart of END. is our customer and it’s our people and culture that make the difference. With over 600 employees across our HQ, offices, and retail locations, our customer-first mindset continues to guide everything we do.

The Role:

The Creative Project Manager drives the planning, resourcing and successful delivery of Creative and Marketing department projects – covering BAU, brand campaigns, brand partnerships, social-led content and mid-tier category shoots. Reporting to the Senior Creative Production & Ops Manager, they take ownership of briefs, ensuring absolute clarity on deliverables, support long-term planning, and manage the team’s workload and resource capacity so that every project stays on track for scope, budget and timeline. They are the key point of contact for stakeholders across digital, store, PR and social, communicating plans and status clearly, and are personable and confident enough to influence and hold deadlines where needed. When required, they co-ordinate with external creative agencies on projects, to keep delivery on track, before ensuring the finished assets reach the relevant channels.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
  • Taking ownership of briefs across BAU, brand campaigns, brand partnerships, social-led content and mid-tier category shots, ensuring absolute clarity on deliverables, specifications and deadlines before work begins, and working closely with the Senior Creative Production & Ops Manager on long-term planning.
  • Managing Creative projects end-to-end, planning and scheduling the team’s workload, capacity and resourcing in line with project goals and department priorities, and coordinating workflow with the wider Creative and Marketing teams, to keep every project on budget, scope and timeline.
  • Monitoring the execution of projects and unblocking any issues, using initiative to solve problems to the schedule/any delays.
  • Continuous improvement of production processes to improve efficiency.
  • Effectively communicating project plans, capacity and status to all relevant stakeholders – across digital, store, PR, social and the wider business – throughout the project, holding or renegotiating deadlines where needed.
  • Project reporting - providing the business with relevant, timely and accurate data related to Creative team projects to drive performance and decision making.
  • Delivering finished creative assets to each channel, digital, store, PR and social, to the correct specification, format and deadline, and confirming successful hand-off with channel owners.
  • As required, supporting the Creative Producer on the briefing and scheduling of external agencies, freelancers and other relevant suppliers, to keep delivery on scope, budget and timeline.
  • Working with the Finance Department to ensure external suppliers are paid on time and all invoices are allocated to the correct internal project code, processing and logging invoices, chasing outstanding payments, and supporting monthly budget reporting.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor costs and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising asset quality.
  • Cultivating positive relationships with clients, wider departments and brands when necessary.
  • Champion the END. brand across the business, ensuring brand integrity is maintained at all times with a clear, and concise tone of voice across all assets.
  • To be accountable for the operations of the production team in the Senior Creative Production & Ops Manager’s absence, and to provide cover for the Creative Producer in their absence.
Who we’re looking for:
  • Strong understanding of working within a brand/fashion retail business across multiple channels – digital, store, PR and social – and how Creative output supports each.
  • Good working knowledge of project management tools, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
  • A proactive self-starter and natural problem solver, with a positive, can-do attitude, even under pressure or tight deadlines.
  • Highly personable and a strong team player, with excellent stakeholder management skills; confident influencing deadlines with internal teams, and coordinating effectively with external agencies and suppliers.
  • Good knowledge and comprehensive understanding of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks.
  • Good understanding of how the team integrates and collaborates with other teams to achieve overall objectives of the department.
  • Good verbal and written communication with colleagues and/or customers.
Besides a competitive salary and an engaging and inclusive work place we can offer you:
  • 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Flexible working, with 2 days WFH
  • 40 Hours per week - Monday to Friday
  • Holiday trading (Buy or sell 3 days)
  • Your birthday off
  • Access to Employee Assistance Programme
  • Healthcare Cashback Plan
  • Moments that matter gifts (Weddings and Babies)
  • A pension that both you and the company contribute to
  • Generous staff discount
  • Opportunities for professional development and career progression
  • And so much more.
