The Agency

The Creative Pulse is a small independent design agency specialising in FMCG, delivering creative excellence across print, digital and animation. Working closely together as a multi-skilled team, we achieve outstanding results for our clients in a commercially creative way.

The Role

As part of our expansion we are recruiting for a Client Project Manager to work across all communications/creative and help deliver for our clients in a streamlined and efficient manner. The Creative Pulse prides itself on a collaborative and supportive environment that takes a “human first” approach to all areas of our business.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will be central to keeping projects moving, managing workflows, timelines and deliverables so that projects are brought to life smoothly from brief to delivery.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide and varied range of creative outputs and disciplines, so you’ll need to be adaptable, well organised and used to working in a fast paced and exciting environment. The output covers scheduled assignments, calendar programmes, cyclical monthly trade support, ad hoc tasks and ongoing corporate comms.

Day to day responsibilities will involve project briefings and traffic control, resource allocation and management, estimates, timelines and budgets, interfacing internally with the design and financial leads.

Good conversational skills are required, taking client briefs and interpreting into creative briefs for the team. The involvement from briefing to delivery means the role would be ideal for someone looking to take ownership and responsibility, within a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate

This person would be a team player who can combine operational rigor with a collaborative, people-centric approach.

They will need some experience in project management with agencies or an in-house studio but the ideal candidate will be hired for attitude just as much as aptitude.

They should have experience managing multiple projects with changing priorities and timelines.

The role would suit somebody who balances detail and it’s wider context, with an eye for consistency, compliance as well as creativity.

This role is studio-based, needing close proximity to colleagues to effectively manage output.

We are targeting a mid-thirties salary but will be motivated by the right candidate and experience.
