A leading board game company in London is seeking a Creative Project Manager. You will manage projects from conception to delivery, ensuring teams meet deadlines while fostering creative collaboration. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in project planning within a creative environment and is skilled in communication and organization. This role offers benefits such as a 4-day work week and a healthcare plan.
We're an indie board game company based in Clerkenwell. From quiz games to drawing games, TV game shows to mobile apps, we like to turn our hands to all sorts. No matter what the project, we always try to stick to one golden rule: to make sure our games are easy to understand, fun to play and guaranteed to get the party started.
We're looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our Creative Operations team! You'll take ideas from concept all the way to delivery - planning, coordinating, and rallying the right people to make it all happen on time.
You're organised, motivated, and detail obsessed, someone who loves a good Gantt chart but also enjoys working alongside creative minds. You'll work closely with Game Development, Creative (Design, Copy, Artwork, QC), Marketing, Production, Sales and Operations.
If you're a natural with a "let's figure it out" attitude, this role will suit you perfectly.
A passion for Creative work and a knack for keeping things organised.
3+ years proven experience in project planning and delivery (MS Project, TeamGantt, or similar) within a Creative environment.
Strong communicator — confident running meetings and keeping teams aligned.
Skilled in planning with Excel or Google Sheets.
Experience coordinating Creative resource.
Deadline-driven, positive, and adaptable, able to pivot calmly when plans change.
A true team player who loves supporting others to do their best work.
You'll be the glue that holds our projects together — ensuring deadlines are met, teams are supported, and creative ideas turn into brilliant Big Potato games.
We're committed to building a team that reflects a wide variety of backgrounds and perspectives, and we encourage applications from underrepresented groups.
