Job Description
Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Project Administrator to join our growing team and lead the logistics, coordination, and delivery of a wide range of creative initiatives from digital campaigns to physical events, installations, and exhibitions. This role sits between creativity and organisation, supporting both the strategic and hands‑on aspects of our project delivery. Your day to day role will entail a varied range of administrative support, so a willingness to be flexible and support different tasks when necessary is important.

You’ll work closely with the studio’s founders and team, being responsible for communication with key external partners and collaborators to ensure projects run smoothly from concept through delivery and completion. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in creative environments, is passionate about design and architecture, and strives to bring creative ideas to life through seamless execution.

Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Project Coordination: Manage the timelines, logistics, and delivery of creative projects across digital and physical projects. Contribute to international and local projects. Confidently manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Understand how to prioritise tasks and support the team in ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Partner Liaison: Communicate effectively with collaborators, partners, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Process Management: Track the development of projects, monitor progress and provide regular updates to the team. Handle project‑related administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and necessary record‑keeping. Coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics for project development where needed.
  • Creative Documentation: Assist in the creation of visually engaging documents and presentations for meetings, pitches, and project updates.
  • Design Input: Take initiative on design‑related tasks where appropriate, contributing to the creative output of the team.
  • Business Development Support: As a growing studio, there is opportunity to participate in the development of innovative and ambitious project ideas for future collaborations and expansion opportunities.
Types of Projects:
  • Range of projects from physical exhibitions, design projects and events, in‑person activations that engage creative industries, architecture, design and the arts to digital campaigns across channels and social media. Projects both in the UK and internationally.
Skills and experience:
  • Experience and interest in architecture, design or creative fields is preferable.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, both internally and with external clients, partners and collaborators.
  • Ability to adapt to support other team members when necessary and a willingness to collaborate.
  • Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness and proactivity.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, multi‑task and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience working with social media is preferable.
